My name is Cindy and I am the Information Director for Greenough Harbour. Having been involved in the Greenough Harbour community since its inception, I am very knowledgeable in every aspect. I am not a sales agent, nor a Realtor. Our site is over 1500 acres and can be quite overwhelming to visit on your own. My job (if you can call it that) is to learn what may interest you, understand what's important to you in a waterfront lot and home and tour you to these sites and walk you through our Model Homes. I know each and every waterfront lot. With all the personal touches, you will enjoy a leisurely walk on wood chipped paths down to the waters edge. With the gentle breezes of Lake Huron, we will walk along the shoreline to experience the spectacular Ocean like views.  While we stroll I will be able to educate and inform you about the vision of our community, pricing of each lot, how our flexible our custom building process is, cottage pricing and the steps to purchasing a lot and customizing your home or cottage to your needs. I find that visitors enjoy the relaxed pace; we may even stop for a shore lunch to summarize what you have already seen and heard.  There is a lot to see and a lot to learn, and it can be overwhelming.  At the end of day, we will leave you with an information package and a "Building Memories" photo Album, so you can reminisce on the way home of what you have experienced.  It will be truly a day to remember. My sole responsibility is to be your personal tour guide and your information guru.
